Jeg er også i ferd med å spesialisere meg i metakognitiv terapi, som jeg bruker som hovedmetode i behandlingen. De siste årene har jeg skrevet en doktorgrad om søvn og søvnbehandling og jobbet med behandling av søvnforstyrrelser på en søvnklinikk.
Jeg kan hjelpe deg med problemer som generell angst, sosial angst, helseangst, panikkanfall, søvnproblemer, og overdreven grubling. I terapi vil vi utforske nye måter å erfare tankene og følelsene dine på for å bedre plager med angst og depresjon. For søvnplager kan jeg gi deg praktiske oppgaver som er vist å ha god effekt på insomni og døgnrytmeforstyrrelser.

I am a certified Metacognitive Therapist (Level 2) with many years of experience. My academic journey in psychology began at University College London, followed by further training in mental health work, classical cognitive therapy, and metacognitive therapy. Most of my professional experience has been at the outpatient clinics within the Adult Psychiatric Department at Vinderen Oslo, which is a hub for research and development in the metacognitive method. I have extensive experience in mental health work, spanning from handling acute crises and severe mental disorders with a mobile crisis team to outpatient therapy with individuals experiencing anxiety and/or depression, both in groups and individually.
